Wedding Videography Packages

All packages include the following:

• 3 Custom designed, standard definition DVDs, uniquely edited and authored with menus and chapters in personalized DVD cases, typically with a total of 1 to 2 hours of fully edited video coverage
• Highlight video of your wedding ceremony and reception on your DVD and posted to our web site
• Extended videos of your wedding ceremony and your reception, edited to music of your choice
  

• Same day wedding and reception venue coverage are considered one location

    Wedding Ceremony

• 1 videographer with a hand held, professional, HD digital video camera
• 1 stationary digital, HD video camera mounted to a tripod
• Wireless microphones on the groom and the officiator to record the full ceremony
• Complete, fully edited ceremony with music and audio of your wedding vows
• Full coverage from prior to seating of guest to the couple's signing of their marriage license

    Reception

• 1 videographer with hand held, professional, HD digital video camera
• 1 stationary digital, HD video camera mounted to a tripod used periodically during the reception
• Video taping of your formal wedding party photographs and activities before the reception
• Candid filming of the venue, guests and events throughout the reception
• Fully edited video of your reception set to music of your choosing with audio of the toasts and speeches
• If requested, video taping of guests expressing their congratulations

Package I -  $1,250

• Up to 5 hours of coverage on the wedding day at a maximum of 2 locations
• Fully edited video from each coverage location
• Coverage may include pre-ceremony preparations of the bride and groom and formal photographs

Package II  -   $1,750 (Our most Popular)

• Up to 8 hours of coverage, at up to 3 locations of your choice, on multiple days and times - minimum of 1.5 hours coverage at each location
• Pre-ceremony coverage of the bride's and groom's preparations
• Interviews with the bridal party and family, if requested
• Limited Time Offer: A Love Story video at no additional cost
• PhotoMontage of bride and groom with up to 50 digitized photographs (edited into the Love Story)
• Wide screen television to play the montage and/or Love Story at the reception
• PhotoMontage of honeymoon photographs with up to 40 photographs

Package III -  $2,250

• Up to 12 hours of coverage, at multiple locations of your choice and on multiple days and times - minimum of 1.5 hours coverage at each location
• Pre-ceremony coverage of the bride's and groom's preparations
• Interviews with the bridal party and family, if requested
• Limited Time Offer: A Love Story video at no additional cost
• PhotoMontage of bride and groom with up to 75 digitized photographs (edited into the Love Story)
• Wide screen television to play the montage and/or Love Story at the reception
• PhotoMontage of honeymoon photographs with up to 60 photographs

LDS Temple Wedding Information

For LDS temple marriages, all packages are available with these minor service changes:

• Filming of the temple grounds and the waiting family and friends
• Filming of the bride and groom's appearance from the temple
  
• Filming of the bride, groom, family and friends, during the photography session on the temple steps and grounds
• Work in conjunction with your photographer, during and after photographs around the temple grounds
• Post ceremony, videotaped interview with the couple, if requested
• Professionally edited temple grounds video set to music of your choosing
• Coverage time at the temple is typically 1 to 1.5 hours

Additional Services

Added Package Hours: $200 per hour

Add additional hours to Package I, II or III at a discounted rate. Reserved in 30 minute
blocks of time.

Temple Only Video Package: $450

Read LDS Temple Wedding Information above. Complete editing and 1 fully authored DVD included.

Videography By The Hour: First hour $450, Additional hours $200

Customize your own package and reserve the number of hours you would like. We will provide 1 videographer with a hand held, professional, HD digital video camera. Complete with basic editing and 1 fully authored DVD is included. Reserved in 30 minute blocks of time.

Additional Videographer(s): $200 + $75 per hour

Second and third videographers with hand held, professional, HD digital video camera for additional coverage. Ceremony coverage is typically 1 hour long

Love Story Video: $550

Create a memorable video at a location which is special to you. We will film for 1.5 to 2 hours and edit the video to music you choose. The video will include interviews with the bride and groom reminiscing on their youth, how they met and their proposal. A great attention getter at your reception and wonderful to have as a keepsake to show family and friends in the years ahead. Your children and grandchildren will thank you. Use of a flat panel TV included, if we are filming your reception.

PhotoMontage Slideshow: $50 + $1 per photograph

Present a slideshow of the bride's and groom's youth, family and dating photographs during the wedding reception. Fully edited to music of the couples choice. Also included is the use of a flat panel TV for viewing of the montage during the reception, if we are filming your reception. All photographs must be provided on CD or DVD.

Additional SD DVDs: $25 each

You may purchase as many DVDs as you choose. Each will come in it's own personalized DVD case.

Wedding Video in HD: $250 + $50 per DVD

Have your wedding video edited in HD. You must have an HD DVD player and an HD television to be able to view your wedding videos in HD.

Please Note: We do not schedule any coverage or filming on Sundays or major holidays.

Time Gaps: A gap of 2 hours or less between events will generally be considered as continuous coverage.

Reservation Deposit:
Wedding date reservation requires a deposit. Typically 30% of the total services.
