I filmed this video during August in east Mesa to capture the story of Suzi and Ben before their wedding in September. I really enjoy doing Love Story videos because I get a chance to learn more about the couple and have them in surroundings where they are a lot more casual than what their wedding day will be.

At the same time they had their photographer, Sally, there shooting pictures, too. I usually prefer not having photographers with us when I am doing love stories, because it is the nature of things that the photographer poses the couple and I, as videographer, follow behind. With it being early evening, by the time the photographer was finished, I did not have much time before the sun was beginning to set. With love stories I like having the freedom to have the couple to myself and in that way we can get creative with the filming.

During the interviews I had a difficult time getting more than a sentence from Suzi when I asked her questions. I don't think Ben will need to worry about having a wife who will talk his head off.
